DIY Toilet roll holder

I have been trying to understand how to use FreeCAD for 3D modeling and this is probably the first design I do by using FreeCAD the right way (I think).

The design is heavily inspired by Drebbs’ toilet roll holder. I made it with a bigger top surface and a ridge to hold a phone.

This is also my first print with wood filament… with several failures. I used Sunlu’s wood filament, with 20 % of wood fibers in it. The filament clogged the hotend several times, increasing the printing temperature a bit solved it.

Once the print is finished and sanded, the result is good enough, and better than what I was expecting.

Note that there’s a nice wood smell when printing with wood filament.
